These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of goods and/or services from Kyakuwa Farm Shop (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order or using our website/shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

Customer means any individual or entity purchasing goods or services from Kyakuwa Farm Shop.
Products means any goods, produce, or items sold by us.
Order means the request by the Customer to purchase Products.

2. Order Acceptance

All Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order for any reason, including but not limited to: Product being out of stock; error in the price or description; or issues with payment.

3. Prices & Payment

Prices shown are inclusive/exclusive of VAT (specify which) and any other statutory taxes, as per Ugandan law.
Shipping or delivery costs (if applicable) are additional unless stated otherwise.
Payment can be made via (list payment methods: cash, mobile money, bank transfer, etc.).
Full payment (or agreed deposit) must be received before dispatch/delivery unless otherwise agreed.

4. Delivery & Risk

We will deliver to the address you specify. Delivery times are estimates only; delays may occur.
Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for inspecting the goods at that point.
If you notice damage or incorrect goods, you must inform us within ___ hours/days of delivery (specify) to qualify for remedy (refund, replacement, etc.).

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Unless there is a defect or mistake on our part, Products which are perishable or agricultural may not be eligible for return.
Defective or wrongly dispatched items may be exchanged or refunded, provided you notify us within __1_ days.
We might require photographic evidence of defects or wrong delivery before accepting returns.
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment, within _7__ days after we have received the returned item (if applicable) or otherwise accepted the issue.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to ensure quality and accuracy in descriptions, but we do not guarantee that the Products will always meet your expectations.
In no event shall Kyakuwa Farm Shop be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the Products or their use.
Our maximum liability (for whatever cause) is the amount you paid for the Product in question, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, photographs, descriptions, images, and other intellectual property on our site/shop remain our property (or that of our licensors).
You may not reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Privacy

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (insert or link to your privacy policy).
By placing an Order, you consent to us contacting you (by email, phone, etc.) about the Order and about marketing (if agreed).

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective when posted on our website or otherwise communicated.
Continued purchases or use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to fulfill obligations if hindered by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, government actions).

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through (mediation/arbitration) or in the courts of (choose which jurisdiction) Uganda.
